CROC has been providing services in its data centers since 2009. Neither of the company's data centers has experienced equipment downtime and engineering system failures, with 100% availability thus being guaranteed.
In addition, CROC is the only Russian systems integrator with a data center certified for compliance with Tier III standard established by the Uptime Institute. Among Russian IT service providers, CROC has the largest number of engineers accredited by the Uptime Institute, thus guaranteeing disaster tolerance and reliable operation of systems.

The computer room has a floor space of 300 square meters and can accommodate up to 90 racks. Each rack has an average power of 6 kW and a total of 1 MW of power is supplied to the data center.
The computer room has a floor space of 700 square meters and can accommodate up to 110 racks. Each rack has an average power of 10 kW and a total of 2 MW of power is supplied to the data center.
The data center comprises four computer rooms, each covering a floor space of 500 square meters, and can accommodate a total of 800 racks. Each rack has an average power of 6 kW and a total of 8 MW of power is supplied to the data center. In addition, Kompressor data center (both Project and Facility) is certified by the Uptime Institute for compliance with TIER III requirements—which translates to 99.9% availability.
The security of the customer's information systems is ensured by a professional security team, specialized architectural solutions, and continuous video surveillance of the data center territory and premises. Upon customer request, enclosing structures may be installed to accommodate the customer's own access control systems, video surveillance systems, laser-based intrusion detection systems, and other security devices. All optional systems may be provided to the customer as a service.
The uninterrupted operation of customer information systems is guaranteed by the use of up-to-date IT systems and the redundancy of all engineering equipment in data centers. Maintenance and repair provide no adverse impact on the operation of customer information infrastructure and data center critical systems are monitored on a 24/7 basis.
The availability of trunks from multiple telecom providers and CROC’s capacity to lay dedicated fiber-optic lines to the customer's main data center allow for reliable IT system backup, irrespective of the customer's main data center location. Lines from the customer’s preferred telecom provider may also be laid to all data centers.
On the basis of two of its physical data centers, CROC deployed a Virtual Data Center where customers can colocate or backup IT infrastructure or use a range of SaaS services. CROC has ample capacity to provide customers with IT resources for starting projects and launching pre-set IT services in the shortest possible time.
CROC offers its customers cost optimization and IT budget stretching advantages via its flexible service payment scheme. Jointly with partnering financial divisions of leading IT vendors, CROC offers to create IT infrastructure under lease or credit conditions as well as via cession agreement, or provides IT infrastructure-as-a-service.
Shift support engineers are available round-the-clock at all sites to maintain, setup and configure customer systems. In addition, CROC provides support outsourcing services.
