CROC offers unified automated management systems for all engineering systems in the building, including security, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning (HVAC), power supply, and lighting.
SCS is the foundation of a building information infrastructure and is used as communication infrastructure for technological equipment automated control systems, internal telephony network, and security and alarm systems (including video conferencing, video surveillance and industrial television subsystems).
CROC creates independent power supply and heating plants (so-called energy centers) and retrofits customer’s obsolete and worn-out boiler equipment under favorable financing conditions. Standalone energy centers are designed to provide continuous or fail-over power and heating independently of external (utility) grids. An automated boiler plant featuring high operational reliability helps to significantly reduce energy carrier costs and operating expenditure.
CROC performs general construction work (including on extremely dangerous and technically complicated sites), and ensures end-to-end project supervision, from obtaining initial permissions to commissioning, with customers being offered a choice of financing options. CROC can act as a technical customer, general designer or general contractor on a construction project, and provides customers with a single point of contact.
CROC successfully solves tasks related to the repair, maintenance, and start-up of a wide range of engineering equipment (including systems installed by other suppliers). A mini power plant (energy center) is designed to generate and supply an ample amount of uninterrupted and high-quality electric power for consumers. By investing in its own energy center, a company can gain independence from external power suppliers, lower rates by up to 2 times, ensure continuous enterprise operation, and also realize some extra benefits. For example, the heat obtained as a by-product of electric power generation can be used for hot water supply and heating, during the production process, and (in the form of industrial cold) in general ventilation and air conditioning systems. Operation of the mini power plant (energy center) is fully automated, with total gas usage efficiency reaching 92%. CROC’s expertise guarantees the best economic effect from customer investment in its own energy center. The value of required investments does not exceed the cost of an enterprise connection to external grids, and the cost of power production (with OPEX) is much lower than prevailing rates set by traditional power suppliers.
A comfortable working environment is ensured by state-of-the-art air conditioning systems capable of both cooling and heating. A cooling chamber consisting of chillers with water-cooled condensers can ensure smooth automatic control of cold production within the range of 14 — 100% of rated load. Installation of a forced supply-and-exhaust ventilation system ensures adequate air supply via central air conditioners and air inlet units. The system provides the required amount of air pre-heated to 20°Ñ. In those rooms where people work, the per-hour aeration ratio may reach 3. CROC offers remote control of air-conditioners over LAN, via telephone lines or even mobile phones, and also offers operational management, control and monitoring solutions for heating, ventilation, water supply, lighting and other support systems.
Standard service and maintenance of engineering systems include: hotline for requests; dedicated service manager; scheduled technical maintenance; remote diagnostics and consultations; on-site visits of a service engineer; repair and replacement of faulty equipment; software updates; supply of consumables for scheduled technical maintenance and repair; reporting or log keeping of work performed; audits of equipment and engineering system condition and recommendations. Advanced maintenance of engineering systems includes: guaranteed post-failure system recovery time; round-the-clock consulting and engineering system monitoring; comprehensive operational-and-technical maintenance of a building engineering systems (customer's engineering infrastructure outsourcing); testing of equipment and solutions in CROC's labs and test benches; arrangement of customer's equipment transportation between sites / data centers; establishment of customer's technical support service; and technical training for customer's employees.
CROC designs and implements guaranteed and uninterrupted power supply solutions using diesel generator plants and uninterrupted power supplies which supply power to customer’s business-critical equipment with the account of its specific features and required reliability. CROC’s domain of expertise includes general-purpose power supply systems (internal and external grids), uninterrupted power supply systems, guaranteed power supply systems (up to 20 MVA diesel generator plants), continuous power supply systems (gas and gas-diesel power plants) as well as subsystems for monitoring and managing facility power supply integrated in a centralized enterprise control and management system. CROC also integrates selected power supply systems at the customer’s premises and provides full support and service maintenance on a 24/7/365 basis.
When equipping a building and adjacent territory, CTOC installs systems which reliably protect office facilities against unwanted persons, including video surveillance, access control, and security-and-alarm systems. Information about parking lot availability is provided in real time. The access control and management system automatically regulates traffic and accumulates precise data on the number of employees/visitors inside the building. State-of-the-art access control system ensures privilege-based employee access. The security-and-alarm system monitors restricted-access facilities and reports on break-ins and building perimeter trespassing. In addition, CROC also installs fire protection systems including automatic fire alarm systems, public address and escape management systems, automatic fire-fighting systems, and automatic fire-extinguishing units.
