A modern technical support service (helpdesk) is a separate business unit supporting both internal and external users. CROC can create an automated technical support service based on HP Service Manager, Cisco IP Contact Center, and Nice tools for multimedia information recording — all of which facilitate contact center administration and relieve IT staff from many routine tasks.
In addition, CROC provides technical support outsourcing services to ensure a customer’s contact center can operate in any desired mode (including on a 24/7 basis), thus relieving the customer from dealing with non-core activities and training personnel and, consequently, accelerating contact center commissioning. CROC’s technical support customers include major Russian retailers, banks, and authorized service centers of car and home appliance manufacturers.
