CROC provides services throughout the Russian Federation.
CROC Region, a partner of CROC, supports the company's project activities in the regions. As of the end of 2014, CROC Region divisions were registered in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Chelyabinsk, Cherepovets, and Almaty. The total number of full-time employees exceeds 30 people, while engineers of these divisions are certified by Microsoft, Oracle, EMC, and other IT vendors partnering with CROC.
Employees of all regional divisions collaborate closely with CROC Moscow. Since these companies entered the market, they have been working together with CROC experts to implement IT projects for both local customers and those operating throughout Russia. Regional companies provide comprehensive services and technical support to geographically distributed customers, ensuring a timely response to their demands.
CROC also cooperates with a number of other regional companies to complete IT projects within the Russian Federation and CIS countries. As of today, the company is in contractual relations with over 2,000 regional partners in major Russian cities.
Cooperation with many of them started as early as 1993–1994. For example, before 2001 CROC granted licenses to regional service maintenance providers on behalf of Compaq. CROC took the lead and took care of all organizational issues, thus expanding Compaq's regional network to 20 service centers. Upon the merger of Compaq and HP, their licensing program changed, and all existing service centers were transferred under the direct management of the united company. However, many of them retained partner relations with CROC. CROC successfully cooperated with over 50 regional partners under the 2002 project to implement and maintain the software and hardware for primary processing of the All-Russian population census data. The following companies made a significant contribution to the census on a regional level: Holmrock Service (Kaliningrad), Sistema Technical Center (Tula), SPIN (Vladikavkaz), Arsenal (Penza), KAT Service (Tyumen), Stek (Tomsk), Corporate Systems (Barnaul), and Systems Integrator (Blagoveschensk). Regional partners deployed and provided technical support of the software and hardware used to process the 2002 All-Russian population census data in the processing centers of the Russian State Statistics Committee.
The top quality and high level of all the projects implemented by CROC (including regional projects) are due to the company's rich experience and its broad competencies in all solutions provided by the leading IT vendors. When CROC cooperates with a regional partner to implement joint projects, it provides training for the partner's staff and shares the knowledge, skills, and best practices required to complete the project successfully.
CROC boasts many years of successful remote IT support of its customers. Since 2003, remote IT support under special agreements have been provided via a single federal number of the central technical support service (helpdesk). CROC's helpdesk serves over 6,700 regional sites of our corporate customers. Under the service contracts, the customers gain access to technical support and advice: via a single federal number of the technical support service (toll-free for regional companies) or via e-mail. CROC's helpdesk operates based on the globally recognized and proven ITIL methodology (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
Below is a list of major customers that use geographically distributed IT support provided by CROC: Sberbank of Russia, the Federal Center of Information Technologies under the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation (support of the Central Election Commission, 89 regional commissions, and 229 local commissions), the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation (technical support of Arbitral Proceedings software, maintenance and servicing of computer equipment in 89 constituent entities of the Russian Federation).
24/7 support and services are offered to customers throughout the Russian Federation.
