CROC's Quality Management System has been successfully re-certified for compliance with GOST R ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 9001:2015 standards. The new certificates are valid for three years and were issued by VNIIS-SERT, a Russian management system certification body, and TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH, a leading German certification authority with a 150-year history. This latest achievement means that CROC's QMS has now officially complied with all relevant standards for 20 years.
The latest ISO 9001:2015 standard imposes some new requirements, with one of the major changes being a systemic approach to managing risks and opportunities. Risk management is mainly aimed at analyzing all company processes and revealing both potential threats capable of affecting business health and opportunities for further growth and development.
“Quality Management System gives a competitive edge to organizations since it helps assess risks and opportunities in a scrupulous manner. CROC provides IT services of consistent quality and which meet the requirements of both customers and regulators. This is highlighted by the continuous development and improvement of the company’s Quality Management System over many years and constant compliance with all relevant standards” , said Elena Bakanova, Head of Quality Assurance, CROC.
To continuously improve the QMS and consistently deliver high-quality services to customers, CROC’s QA team has developed and approved over 120 regulatory and 500 procedural documents. Every year, the QA team audits over 700 comprehensive projects.
QMS certification covers all core CROC competences, including consulting, maintenance, and auditing operations, as well as end-to-end services (from design to implementation and support) for software, information systems, business applications, and system solutions (including information security and IT process management systems). The development and maintenance of engineering, telecom, multimedia, and process control systems, as well as computing clusters, also comply with quality standards. Moreover, the IaaS model and other services based on CROC's data centers are certified as well.
It should also be noted that a recent audit, undertaken as part of the re-certification process, confirmed the strong skills of CROC employees and the company’s commitment to effective QMS development.
