Call Center Creation
Project objective: improvement of the operator's existing customer care tools.
Currently the TELE2 call center serves 20 million subscribers in all of the regions where the operator is available in Russia. The project was based on two solutions: The call center itself, where agents take calls from network subscribers, and the voice portal - a self-service system for the company's clients.
Key benefits for the customer:
- the call center daily takes more than 70,000 calls from clients;
- the agent's time of response does not exceed 20 seconds.
