Technical Support for Call Center
Project objective: Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the call center.
CROC provides support for a geographically distributed call center in Moscow and Tver with a total number of agents of up to 4,000, as well as for regional agent centers in Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Saratov, Rostov-on-Don, Voronezh, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and Khabarovsk. Provides technical support to VympelCom agent centers in CIS countries: Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Georgia.
