Implementation of Automated Voice Service System over the Phone
The purpose of the project was to make judicial information open and transparent and to reduce the burden on agents of the reference and information service.
CROC offered a combined software and hardware solution consisting of IVR subsystems (voice auto-informer) and subsystems for call routing, speech recognition, voice synthesis, integration with external systems (primarily with an arbitration case catalog) and administration and reporting.
Reference information on how to use the arbitration court system is provided to the user by means of automated interactive voice communication. The system recognizes the last name of the specialist needed or a business number, pronounced aloud by a user, looks up all the necessary information in the digital judicial information system and tells it to the user by means of the synthesized voice feature.
