Polina is CROC's HR Director, contributing to the company's strategic development and being responsible for supporting and supervising all HR department practices, including staff training and education, recruitment, human relations, corporate culture, and internal communications. During her time with CROC, Polina has developed several unprecedented HR projects and initiated the creation of unique staff loyalty programs.
Today, she also supervises the company's Knowledge Management team, which has been working on projects for the largest companies in Russia for over 10 years. This includes 100+ online and offline training courses in IT, 3D technology, current HR and marketing trends, project management and other practices, as well as custom courses that are unparalleled in Russia (e.g. use of ROI and Big Data in HR and marketing). Polina also supervised the establishment of the CROC MBA and business informatics master's degree programs, which were developed jointly with the Higher School of Business Informatics (HSE).
Polina led the creation of the HR Tech practice at CROC, with 20+ internal business processes being automated, including business travel formalities, onboarding, arrangement of internal training and corporate events, etc. Since 2017, she has also been Chief Transformation Officer at CROC and an internal transformation thought leader. Together with the Transformation Office team, Polina often advises top managers of leading Russian and international companies on business transformation. She is also an HR consulting expert and keynote speaker at major industry-specific events. Veronika has been a member of CROC's team since the company's establishment in 1992. She develops CROC's marketing policy and positioning strategy (for regions as well) and streamlines market monitoring processes and promotional programs.
Veronika leads the largest marketing department in the Russian IT market and thus supervises the strategic PR team, analysts, specialists who promote solutions offered by all of CROC's technology departments, tender group, translation and information support team, and call center.
In addition, Veronika has participated in many in-company management projects, including Quality Management System implementation, construction of CROC's office buildings, development of social and cultural programs for CROC employees, and design and deployment of CROC's corporate social network. The Marketing Department not only promotes the company's solutions, but also raises brand awareness among its target audience. Natalia shapes the department's development strategy and helps peers select and improve promising technologies, including carrier-grade solutions, Digital Signage, network services, video conferencing, contact center as a service based on CROC's Virtual Data Center, HD videos via Wi-Fi at sports venues, and InfiniBand high-speed data transfer technology.
In 2014, Natalia's Telecom Department expanded its portfolio with domestic solutions to keep pace with the import substitution trend and thus concluded agreements with leading Russian IT developers and completed relevant projects for customers in finance, mining and other industries. The department continues to search for new domestic partners in line with its import substitution strategy.

Valentin headed CROC’s Computing Systems Department in 2016. Valentin plays a key role in the department development and transition from traditional hardware solutions to integrated ones based on the combined competencies of different technological departments working together to optimize IT infrastructure costs, improve business continuity, protect data, and transform IT using a service-oriented model.
Valentin follows a clear business-focused approach to evaluate customers’ IT infrastructure tasks in terms of business goals and needs and then find the most appropriate solutions.
Valentin managed the joint activities of project teams staffed with specialists from different CROC technological departments during the completion of several integrated infrastructure projects for companies of State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM and dealt with many key customers in manufacturing and energy sectors, including leading Russian companies such as Novolipetsk Iron and Steel Works.
