SIRIUS Educational Center has started the final phase of the Big Challenges innovation project program. IT company CROС, jointly with other technology leaders, large university research centers, and institutions of the Russian Academy of Sciences, will supervise the work of gifted schoolchildren from 64 Russian regions.

CROC’s cooperation with SIRIUS started more than two years ago. Last year, high school students guided by the company’s experts created a prototype of a universal positioning system for solar panels. At equatorial and polar latitudes, the system ensures three times better efficiency compared to fixed-orientation panels. This year, teenagers will develop and trial a global control unit for movable panels (Predictor).
