Dell Technologies has recognized CROC as one of the best service providers in the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) region. The manufacturer appreciated the high level of the company's customer satisfaction and staff competence in maintaining Dell EMC computer systems.

CROC has operated its computing equipment service center for more than 25 years, offering a variety of services, from equipment administration and one-time works to multi-vendor infrastructure maintenance. Customers often opt for a combined system maintenance contract under which CROC provides first or second line support and closely cooperates with the vendor. This model helps optimize service costs and improves both the speed and quality of service request fulfillment.

In 2020, CROC concluded dozens of new Dell EMC based contracts with retail, financial, manufacturing and oil and gas companies, currently maintaining a total of 200+ equipment items throughout Russia, from Moscow and Moscow Region to Ufa, Omsk, Surgut, and Khabarovsk. The average customer satisfaction rating is close to five out of five.

During our projects, we typically select Dell EMC for business-critical equipment underlying infrastructure apps and business systems (logistics, production and finance). We strive to ensure continuity and fast recovery in case of malfunction by improving specialist qualifications, replenishing spare part stocks, and involving colleagues from other CROC subdivisions when implementing comprehensive projects.
