At the Third "Productivity 360" Federal Forum, Federal Center of Competence in Labor Productivity (FCC) and IT company CROC concluded a partnership agreement to boost office staff performance in Russian companies.

This partnership will result in a comprehensive process optimization and automation offering designed to provide paper-free document management and higher labor productivity.

Every day, employees spend a great amount of time and energy on drafting documents and ensuring they are approved and signed. Our task is to establish efficient office processes and eliminate paperwork, thus increasing back-office performance. Our partner CROC will be helping us with that. Adopting paperless electronic document management will speed up the processing of incoming mail and office memos by 7.5 times and 4.5 times, respectively.

Nikolai Solomon
CEO, FCC

FCC specialists and partner's consultants will operate directly at the enterprise sites. Primarily, electronic document management will reduce paperwork for office administration, procurement, accounting, HR and legal teams. The solution will also eliminate document duplication and the need for repeat approvals via unified rules that reduce red tape, while also minimizing errors thanks to document templates. Remote document reviewing, approval and signing (including electronically) are both convenient and fast and thus recognized by experts as a major advantage.

FCC will be responsible for providing methodological and organizational support for each project, while CROC will select and implement suitable products. The two partners will perform all project work, including further system support. Clients will additionally benefit from the hosting of the electronic document management system in the cloud, allowing them to cut their own infrastructure expenses.

FFC employs specialists with deep experience in improving labor productivity and analyzing customer challenges. These experts have their own methodology when implementing enhancements and know what benefits to expect from IT today thanks to their company’s own high level of internal automation. FCC's unique expertise is combined with the experience of CROC, which has been developing its automated document management practice for 15 years and is among the top five players in this area [1]. Therefore, this partnership will enable Russian organizations to increase document management efficiency via the implementation of a handy and user-friendly tool.
