In 2020, CROC and Nice completed several large-scale contact center automation projects, including deployment of recording, omnichannel analytics and voice biometrics systems at one of Russia’s largest banks. Over 19 years of cooperation in the Russian market, the partners have implemented around 100 complex projects using Nice solutions in various sectors, including banking, insurance, telecommunications and retail. In 2012, Nice granted CROC its highest possible Platinum Partner status.

Each year, AudioCodes grants its “Project of the Year for Eastern Europe” award to partners that implemented the most outstanding projects during the year. In 2020, IT company CROC integrated audio and video calls into a mobile app to enable communication between the bank’s contact center agents and clients. The project featured WebRTC technologies based on AudioCodes SBC and AudioCodes Mobile WebRTC SDK.
The Moscow City Court and IT company CROC have successfully piloted a facial recognition system — developed in Russia and powered by neural networks — during an online court session held as a video conference. CROC’s solution helps overcome isolation restrictions and gather people in an online courtroom remotely.
