Project Objectives: Analysis of statistics and tariff information from Rostelecom international and long distance communication nodes.
In 2007, CROC implemented a system capable of processing over 18 million calls per day and deployed a data warehouse capable of storing all required information for a period in excess of one year.

Call Center
Project Objectives: Upgrade of existing customer service tools.
The project was implemented in 2008 on the base of two solutions: a call center with agents who receive calls from subscribers and a self-service voice portal for callers (IVR system). The call center currently serves 14 million of TELE2 Russia customers from 37 regions throughout Russia.

Corporate Network Comprising Multiple LANs and IP Telephony
Project Objectives: Provision of an effective, reliable, and secure information collaboration environment for inter-departmental communication.
In 2005, CROC implemented inter-regional corporate phone communications system with a unified dial plan. A billing system comprising data storage systems and a computer system was also designed and implemented. In addition, a data storage system, based on a high-end EMC disk array, was built and a tape library was included for SAN backup purposes.

Multi-Service WAN
Project Objectives: Development and implementation of geographically distributed corporate multi-service WAN for VimpelCom (Beeline) mobile carrier and integration of over 400 branch offices across 78 Russian cities.
As a part of VimpelCom’s IT infrastructure stabilization project, in 2005, CROC developed and implemented a high-performance state-of-the-art WAN featuring built-in robust failure prevention, advanced data integrity procedures, advanced network management tools, and WAP service subsystems.

Project Objectives: Development of employee procedures and regulations to mitigate the impact of disaster.
CROC created individual DRPs for the MTS Head Office in Moscow and its major regional affiliates throughout Russia in the cities of St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar, and Ekaterinburg. The project involved the performance of a comprehensive systemized data analysis of MTS’ IT infrastructure.

Project objectives: Facilitation of business stability and the creation of a platform to launch new 3G services in the Russian market
The data center is located in the city of Samara and occupies a territory of over 320,000 square feet. CROC designed all necessary engineering systems for a fully-automated 6-floor data center including: a structured cabling and cabling support system; automatic fire alarm and automatic gas fire extinguishing systems; heating and lighting systems; a power equipment and main feed system; and a high-precision conditioning and ventilation system.
