Unified IT Infrastructure Project Objectives: Creation of a unified information environment for all branches of Integra Group throughout 10 different Russian regions. In order to increase IT infrastructure management efficiency, in 2007, CROC developed telecommunication subsystem and information support subsystem which, in turn, comprised information security and data backup subsystems. IP telephony and video conferencing systems were designed and implemented in order to enable effective and secure inter-branch communication. Project objectives: Efficient management and sustainable business growth The best-in-class solution—Oracle Hyperion Essbase System 9—was selected as an optimum platform for the system. Project implementation took six months. During the first stage, a multi-dimensional array, data entry forms, report forms, and dashboards were designed and created. The second stage of the implementation involved the system being tested and put into trial operation, with any detected errors being corrected. Key Customer Benefits

High-Performance Computing Cluster Project objectives: Quicker and more effective processing and migration of seismic data. CROC upgraded Paradigm’s installed computer base and implemented an HP-based cluster solution (with performance of over 4.7 Tflops). | Integra Management | Unified Communications System
Project Objectives: Integration of communication centers and optimization of communications between employees. CROC built a cluster comprising three Cisco Unified Communications Manager 5.1 servers that united 800 phones in a new Integra Management office. All offices now have a unified dial plan. Project Objectives: Increased efficiency and reduced complexity of annual R&D planning program. CROC developed an intranet application based on the K2.Net 2003 BPM system from SourceCode Technology Inc. The R&D BPM system automates business processes within every business unit involved in the planning process and coordinates common activities within Corporate Center business units and departments. The system publishes approved documents on the corporate portal and is integrated with a corporate Master Data Management (MDM) system. Key Customer Benefits:

Project objectives: Improved planning quality The new planning system is based on IBM Cognos 8. The first stage of the implementation involved the design and deployment of a 'bottom-to-top' planning subsystem in order to automate planning procedures from the company’s affiliates to the management company. The next stage involved the implementation of a 'top-to-bottom' planning subsystem; and finally, the deployment of a database storage system and reporting regulations. Key Customer Benefits
