The competition is open to 2008-2015 university graduates with a 2-year track-record in any sphere.
Contestants will have to pass two qualification stages: firstly, completion of a questionnaire and passing of an online interview on
the contest website, with applications being accepted until April 10, 2017, and, secondly, successful participation in a business game with the company’s experts to be held in late April in CROC’s office.
When selecting winners, CROC’s experts will take into account leadership skills, creative thinking, project launch experience, ability to address sophisticated challenges, and desire to develop IT project management competence.
Winners will receive free-of-charge comprehensive training and PMI certification in the authorized CROC’OK Training Center. In addition, the best contestants will be invited to undergo an interview for a Project Manager position at CROC.
