Unified Communications

What is it?

Unified Communications (UC) is a platform that integrates e-mail, VoIP, instant messaging, audio and video conferencing, and other communications services.

Thanks to open standards, TANDBERG video conferencing and telepresence systems can be integrated with a Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 platform, while TANDBERG collaboration and training solutions complement communication solutions from Cisco, Avaya, IBM, and Nortel. Products from Polycom, another major video conferencing systems provider, can be integrated with Microsoft, IBM, and Cisco unified communications environments. Polycom desktop, group, and multipoint video conferencing solutions can be integrated with Avaya Communication Manager. In addition, CROC offers Unified Communications solutions for enterprise networks developed by Polycom jointly with Nortel.

Application Delivery Controller

What is it?

Application Delivery Controllers (ADCs) improve web-application availability for end-users through multiple high network layer services.

CROC implements ADCs based on hardware and software products from F5 Networks, Radware, Citrix Systems, Crescendo Networks, and Replify Ltd.
