Boris Bobrovnikov, Director General, is one of the most influential leaders within the Russian IT sector. CROCs management team comprises senior managers the majority of whom have been with the company since its foundation. Each senior manager has significant hands-on experience within the IT industry. CROC has operated its own Competence Center since 1993. The Competence Center has all the necessary human, hardware, software and engineering resources to simulate complex infrastructures based on EMC, HP, IBM, Intel, Microsoft, Oracle solutions. The Competence Center helps solve issues related to the operation of heterogeneous hardware and software, test pilot systems, run load tests, and perform sizing and benchmarking, thus provide proven solutions to the customer.
