Boris Bobrovnikov, Director General, is one of the most influential leaders within the Russian IT sector. CROC’s management team comprises senior managers the majority of whom have been with the company since its foundation. Each senior manager has significant hands-on experience within the IT industry. The management team shapes business strategy and manages relations with key partners, vendors, subcontractors, and customers. CROC has operated its own Competence Center since 1993. The Competence Center has all the necessary human, hardware, software and engineering resources to simulate complex infrastructures based on EMC, HP, IBM, Intel, Microsoft, Oracle, and Sun solutions. The Competence Center helps solve issues related to the operation of heterogeneous hardware and software, test “pilot” systems, run load tests, and perform sizing and benchmarking, thus provide proven solutions to the customer.
