CROC has operated in the Russian IT market since 1992, from the very beginning of market relations in Russia.

CROC's growth in recent years has outpaced both overall IT market and IT services segment. According to the IDC report "Russia IT Services Competitive Analysis" issued in September 2009, CROC is the first in the systems integration services market in Russia, leading this foundation market with 16.9% share. Boris Bobrovnikov, Director General, is one of the most influential leaders within the Russian IT sector. CROC’s management team comprises senior managers the majority of whom have been with the company since its foundation. Each senior manager has significant hands-on experience within the IT industry. The management team shapes business strategy and manages relations with key partners, vendors, subcontractors, and customers. In addition, senior managers are responsible for developing business sectors, elaborating technological strategies and new fields of activities, managing large scale projects, forming regional policy, positioning and forming marketing strategy, setting financial policies, coordinating sales and logistics, and managing human resources. CROC has operated its own Competence Center since 1993. The Competence Center has all the necessary human, hardware, software and engineering resources to simulate complex infrastructures based on EMC, HP, IBM, Intel, Microsoft, Oracle, and Sun solutions. The Competence Center helps solve problems related to the operation of heterogeneous hardware and software, test “pilot” systems, run load tests, and perform sizing and benchmarking, thus provide proven solutions to the customer.
